Help Urgent Spousal sponsorship

Hello everyone,

I want to sponsor my spouse. I've been trying to fill out the application form and stuck with IMM1344e.

I've once asked to leave Canada because of my work permit rejection. I left Canada within 30 days. I applied for PR in 2018 and got my PR recently.

In IMM1344e question 11 asks me "HAVE YOU BEEN ORDERED TO LEAVE CANADA?" what answer do I need to provide? Do I have to mention my work permit rejection and departure order?
As it states If I answer "YES" to this question I might not be eligible to sponsor.

Please help guys.

Thank you. I was about to answer it truthfully. There was no space to mention the reason. All I was asked is "yes" or "no". This is what that worries me.

IRCC has access to your file so they will know the situation. It shouldn’t affect your PR application.

Can I just describe my situation (my work permit rejection) in an additional word document and attach to the form IMM1344e though it did not ask to fill extra information on an additional sheet?

Yes you can always attach additional information but try to keep it brief.

I am sponsoring spouse (principal applicant) and I want to fill IMM 5662 form. As per instructions this form need to be filled by Principal applicant.

It is asking for Principal applicant and spouse travel history. do I have to mention my travel history to Canada? Or is it just principal applicant travel history? Kindly suggest
