HELP | URGENT | I can't upload requested document! Screenshots included.

I applied for work permit through International Experience Canada program. After I submitted my application and passed medical exam the CIC requested a IMM1295 application form. I have to fill and upload it to MyCIC account.

There aren't any forms or entries to upload under the "View submitted uplication", "Check status and messages"!

I scrolled and searched every page in my account!

The request letter says that I need to upload it. My time expires I need to upload it. Can anyone help me please?

Out of interest which country are you applying from as thought only the pool was open at present and no invites out for 2017 yet.

Invites are still being issues for some countries (e.g. Australia).

I applied in August for IEC, then it becomes Work Permit application.
