Can you advice if that message means that I got an approval for second stage

Re: EXPERT TO HELP, 120 DAYS IS OVER

Possible..
Did you check your email ID you supplied?
They have started sending emails as well...

You need file # / AOR # for sending the documents to local visa office.

Re: EXPERT TO HELP, 120 DAYS IS OVER

Looks like your lawyer got the client ID from some other means.. Can he/she check what is the status of application -Reject/Approve?

Also since you are already over 120 days, there is every chance that the application is rejected ... (I am not sure about this.. Please check qith your lawyer)

Also since you used the lawyer.. I am assuming he would have gotten your correspondance..Please check with him/her about next steps

ANY ONE CAN ADVICE

Re: URGENT ADVICE PLEASE FROM AN EXPERT TO HELP, 120 DAYS IS OVER

Hi Reksa,

there are few things you can do.

1) Check what was the address of your communication in the form ,was it the lawyers address or yours.
My guess is that the address may have been yours so then verify if you got anything. IF it was your lawyers address, grill him - ask him abt the whereabouts of the letter.

2) IF you are located in Canada, Since you already have a client ID try to call CIC directly on 1-888-242-2100 and they will give u the info i.e if your applicationw as accepted/rejected.
If you are outside Canada, IS your lawyer in canada - then he can call CIC on your behalf.

3) IF nothing works out as mentioned above, write a letter to CIC asking abt this and the possibilities - Your lawyer may help you with this.CIC may not respond over fax/email hence i am ommmiting this option.

In case if the letter has got lost in communication and since the deadline is over - i think you might have to reapply and repeat the process.

I dont know if this will help but these are few options i can think of.

Thanks

anyone with similar case that did not get letter from NS and 120 is over

Re: URGENT ADVICE PLEASE FROM AN EXPERT TO HELP, 120 DAYS IS OVER

Any chance to have an extension to the 120 days, as I have a lot of proofs that I did nor receive the letter (Faxes and email sent to NS for case update)

I think reachmenow has given you the best options and advise.
However, read this about extension to the 120 days, you may stand a chance if you have enough proof:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2009/ob120.asp#requests

That means there will no extension to 120 days even I proofed that I did several communication to update my case

Don't run into conclusions. Do what reachmenow has pointed out first. Give it a try at least.
