Total Experience in IT (as NOC 2171-Information Systems Analysts and Consultants) = 7years
Age-29,
total years of full time education - 16yrs,
wife education-18yrs


Neither I studied in Canada, nor I have an employment offer.

NOC 2171 is not eligible, so unless you have the Managerial experience, 0213 then you don't qualify.
