Hello seniors I will be applying for my spouse visa end of this year (November, 2014, we are getting married on October, 17th)

My status: Currently in PGWP (Valid till 2017) and working in NOC B job, full time.
My spouse: Finished her Master of Science in Biotechnology and working as a teacher for a school. I have two questions
1. What should be the best path to apply, visitor visa or OWP?
2. My spouse's parents live abroad. I understand that will make the tie to the country vulnerable. She has the following as country tie:
-She can take a leave from her employer
-and also has a fixed deposit + cash on her bank account on her name.
-Also doing research project with her supervisor(may get another letter from her supervisor stating that)
-My parents (her in laws) in India and also her parents will come back to India next year after retirement

What can I do to more to make sure tie to country stronger?

Thank you all in advance

What's the purpose of the trip? What are you planning to do?

OWP and TRV are completely different in terms of what you want to do.

Basically, after marriage i want my spouse to join me in Canada, to stay with me so that we can start our life together. I have the option to apply for visitor visa and once she is here and than apply for OWP OR directly apply for her visitor visa. I want the suggestion which option should i go with given the profile. Which has more changes of getting the visa.

Open work permit.

With TRV you would have to prove she is not intending to stay which contradicts your final intent.
