Hi All,

I have two job descriptions and trying to identify the correct TEER code for it. Based on my initial analysis I have decided Teer: 21221 will be suitable for below roles.
Please help me with your suggestions. Both jobs are in IT field. Please find the job descriptions below,

Job 1: Change Analyst
Acted as a liaison between client and project team gathering requirements and guided team through arrival of new request to its successful deployment on time without any roadblocks.
Served as prime point of contact to communicate team’s progress to client and other stakeholders. Chaired and been a part of technical code review and QA signoff.
Planned and organized deliverable targets with estimated efforts for team with ability to realize the deliverables within the agreed constraints, focusing on quality.
Convened and chaired CAB/EC meetings. Negotiated to resolve conflicts and problems and followed through completion. Driven project’s Change Management and Release Management process as defined by ITIL.
Responsible for resource management, time management, financial data reporting and worked with higher management on weekly, monthly and quarterly project forecast and actual data analysis.
Experienced in working in a process driven environment. Experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC) of Application Development, Architecture, Functional, Technical and Database specifications.

Job 2: Project Management Analyst
Lead and manage global cross-functional teams consisting of diverse work force and collaborate for task completion and delivery to meet the milestones and deadlines.
Manages risk by exploring alternatives/solutions and minimizing the technology risks to business.
Responsible for managing project costs and budget.
Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues, guiding them in the development and delivery of their work product.
Manage IT infrastructure and operations projects from initial concept through the full project lifecycle and key process improvements
Capture requirements and develop project scope and objective statement
Ensure that projects meet timeline and budget requirements
Manage project scope and apply change control policy to any proposed variations impacting schedule or budget and adhere to the Global Change / Release management policies
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with adherence to project methodology.
Identify and mediate project Risks and Issues and escalate appropriately to meet the project milestones.
Prepare project roadmaps and effectively communicate reports and updates to management
Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and test specifications, and other required deliverables are produced and stakeholder approvals obtained
Achieve project milestones through regular cross-functional project meetings, and ad hoc meetings as required, to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
