Hey hope all of y'all are safe.

I had been selected for Humber Global Business Management May 2020 (Deferred to September 2020 & further deferred to January 2021 cus of COVID) but Visa has been rejected twice despite being an ideal candidate. (Age 22)

Reason for refusal (both times)- {SDS Category}

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Rejection 1 - 2nd February 2020
Rejection 2 - 3rd March 2020


1 - Previous Degree - B.A. Hons Business Management (UK based degree in India) {Graduated in 2019} ✅

2- Full year Tuition fees paid ✅

3- GIC Paid (CIBC) ✅

4- IELTS 7 (L - 8/ S - 8/ R - 6/ W - 6.5)✅

5- FINANCIALS (ITR SINCE 2017 (50 LAC/Year)/SALARY SLIPS/SPONSORSHIP AFFIDAVIT) ✅

6- SOP (RESUMPTION LETTER stating I will join this organisation back after my studies in Canada FROM CURRENT EMPLOYER WAS PROVIDED AS WELL)✅

7- Medical passed ✅

8- 10th - 67% CBSE/ 12th Science 60% ✅

CAIPS notes for both refusals have been ordered.

Requesting your feedback and suggestion as to how I can manage to get the study permit.

Kindly tell me what more can I mention in SOP and convince the VO.

Seems like you got plenty of good answers last week.

You've applied twice now in quick succession. Clearly they are not satisfied with your intentions. They probably don't believe your employer would seriously hold a position open for you just so you can get a post-graduate certificate. So many apply for those programs with intent to stay permanently that refusals are to be expected.
 
Your previous degree is also very similar to your proposed degree. Order GCzmS notes.

The visa officer is not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. Your documents show that your purpose of visit is not genuine, therefore the permit is refused.
