I got a notification today that my my study permit has been refused, stated reason;
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
My program would commence by January (winter) 2019.
I'm about reapplying, pls I need some help on how to tackle this reason before December.
Are there any chances that this can be done before January?
