help!spouse in different country

i wanna fill the application but i have hard time whether to include my wife and my kid or till i have my visa then fill for them too.i live in usa and they are in an other country .please help.

You have to fill them out on the application, just say they are not coming with you. If you don't put them on the application, you may have problems sponsoring them later.

thanks leon for replying ,but i still have to know whether to include my wife degreees and supporting documents or no ,if yes they can process her too.if no how can i prove her degree .and one more thing if i send her documents do they have to take the process time of usa (where i live now )or the country where she is now (Morocco).

If you are the primary applicant you need not send your wife's certificates unless you are claiming additional points for your wife's education.
For your other questions, if you include your wife in the applicaition and apply at the Buffalo office, the processing time will be that of Buffalo only and not Morocco.
