help! sponsorship for spouse outside canada

Hi everyone,
I wanna gather you guys experiences to figure out my case.
My husband and I organized all documents and sent to Mississauga on Oct 7th 2014. Then I could check my stuffs arrived there on Oct 10th.
But I didn't get any answer yet from CIC. It has been over one month.
If somebody has good answer and similar experience, please help me. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hello.

I sent my stuff in around the middle of September. I did not hear from CIC until October 31st when I received sponsor approval.

It is completely normal not to hear anything from them. You can assume that you are not missing any documents and that your sponsor approval will be processed in around about 44 days, give or take a couple either way.

If you sent your application via a courier then you can check to see if it was delivered (the courier you used would have told you how to check delivery). Mississauga does not give notice of application received. Wait until 44 days has past, which in your case is November 20th. You should hear back by the end of this month.
