help: Sent all my updates before waiting for update letter to warsaw

Dear,

I'm from Jordan applied in June 2006 damascus chc, in april 2010 my file was transferred to warsaw, I used the update letter of one of my 2005 friend applicant and prepared all documents updates and sent them to warsaw (including new pictures and mail labels and new ppc) before waiting for my update letter. Now someone tell me that this will delay my application and I have to send all the updates again and again when they ask for update, anyone with similar case? please help....

Dear Dispatch001,

Proactive is appreciated but I feel you could have waited till your VO react and ask you to send the update documents. I Don’t think so it will delay but it is a good chance to tell you again to update your documents like POF, PCC etc. We should follow only the instruction from VO communicated to us, exact things only not more and not less.

I laso did the same. I applied March 2005 and I sent same updates last March 2010 to the embassy because I already have a new job. I even made a letter if it is possible to expedite my application since my current job is also included in the ministerial "Fast track system". After2 weeks, the embassy called me up asking if I am trying to withdarw my old application and apply for the new system. They said they can not expedite my old application becasue they still have backlogs. They instructed me to send them a letter I want to pull-put my papers and they didn't receive anything from me, they will just file it and I have to wait for the next step.since then I have no feedback from them. I made the initiative to update my documents since from the 1st letter I received together with the AOR, we can only make transactions with them if there's a change in address or there is additional family member or new job. So guess and hope our action will not jeoperdize our application
