Consultant or not, is your personal preference. But there is enough documentation and instructions available on CIC web site that it is definitely possible to apply on your own. There are lot of people who do it themselves and successfully.

You can count on many good souls on this forum who are always willing to help.

there is no need for a consultant if you are quite confident about the whole procedure.
i would suggest you to go through the guides available online on cic website before submition.
and do check your file and complete documents 3-4 times.

(feel like an immigration officer i.e how much easier would be for an unknown person to check your identity, education, experience etc then look into your documents and see if you feel satisfaction with those).

also you can follow the link below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf

Do it yourself and if the need arises then you can ask for help and hire a consultant for a specific problem not whole application.

Re: help!!! send 2nd full file by my self or hire any cunsultant plz seniors hel

like most people have done you can do it yourself but at any point of time if you have a second thought i would say its better to hire a consultant depending on your requirement.... its your call my friend :)
