Hello everyone. I am pretty sure it's not the right place to post, but I would appreciate some help anyway.

I am Canadian, born in Montreal and I moved to Belgium with my family when I was 14. I am now 22, and I have a Bachelor's in IT (done in Belgium).
When I finished school, I quickly found a job in Belgium, but I would like to come back home eventually, but I am not willing to risk a stable job here.

So my questions are:

1- Is it easy/hard/impossible to find a job (in Quebec if possible) online, or with telephone?
2- Is there some kind of program to help me return home?
3- Will my diploma be worth something, must I pass some kind of test. Where could I find information concerning this.

Thank you for your time, feel free to ask if you want to know something.

1. Hard.
2. No
3. Most employers would accept it at face value.

Thank you.

I guess the best way to do things is to wait 1 or 2 more years (get some money) than to go "all in" ;D

If anyone has done something similar, feel free to give me tips
