I have a sister residence of canada can she sponso me, me 20 yrs old or can me and my father whiis 67 yrs old...can she sponsor us together....do they require dna test too....

Your sister will be able to sponsor your father once CIC starts accepting applications again next year. Unfortunately she cannot sponsor you and you are too old to accompany your father.

I believe your sister is PR in canada. people used to sponsor their family which is father, mother and siblings(dependent on parents). But this category is currently paused by CIC and will reopen in 2014 with new rules. However, with new rules sibling has to be 18 years old or less. So in that case I would say, She cannot sponsor you now when category will open in 2014. She can sponsor your father but it would be much tougher than it is now.
