Could someone please let me know which checkbox from the below options do I need to select while filling "SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / INFORMATION IMM 5669" for my Spouse.

1) The Principal applicant
2) The Spouse, common-law-partner or dependant child aged 18 years or older of the principal applicant.

I am the principal applicant & my spouse is dependant in my application.
