Help required regarding NOC 1431 & 1311

Hi All,

I want to ask about the NOC as I am working as an Accounts Executive presently and want to apply for Express Entry, not sure which NOC to choose according to my experience. Well, I have shortlisted these 2 codes 1431* , 1311* so kindly guide me, I shall be highly thankful.

1. I am sharing my Job experience below.

ACCA qualified (2012)

Assistant Manager - Taxation and Legal Services (1/2012 – 6/2014)

1. Prepared and filed annual income tax & sales tax returns.

Assistant Manager - Audit and Assurance (7/2014 – 6/2015)

1. Done audits of various clients.

Senior Accounts Receivables and Credit Control Officer (1/2016 – 5/2018)

• Controls all activities in account receivable function;
• Manages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, keeping track of receipts;
• Prepares collection, sales and outstanding balance reports of all branches across Pakistan;

Accounts Executive (7/2018 – date)

1. Prepares company's financial statements, inspects the levels of business supplies and raw material & monitors the activities of third party; handling outsourced factoring functions on behalf of the company.

2. If any of my job descriptions are not matching with the required ones mentioned in NOC or if any one which I am not performing, then what will be the recommendations to overcome it.

Hi ,
Im confused between two NOCs , and ive been at it for the past 1 month and cant decide. I've worked for 1 full year fulltime (paid) as a finance assistant at an international organization. It wasnt part of any requirement of my degree to graduate or anything like that. The organization is an international non-profit research org that provides grants to public/private sector all over the world.

My job duties were (copied word to word from the reference letter):
.1. Basic bookkeeping
2. Data entry and extraction of financial reports from quickbooks
3. Bank and grants reconciliation
4. Critical review of subgrant financial reports.

Im confused between NOC code 1311 (Accounting technicians & bookkeepers) AND NOC code 1431 (Accounting & related clerks).
