Help required please......................!

Dear All,

I am currently applying under Federal skilled immigration category, during the process i got married submitted updated forms of my spouse as well but did not submitted fee as i had to send proof of funds and could face delays.

Now new situation, Alhmadolillah now i am proud father of son as well just a week before. my Medicals have been arrived including my wife as the medical is necessary for the family whether u r taking them or not. if i will send meds of me and my wife i had to send meds of my son again.

Very IMP: if i get immigration do i need to apply again under family sponsorship to sponsor my child and spouse????

or i would only need to submit the fee for their immigration to London visa office where my case is going as i have already sent all the documents for spouse and soon will be sending of my son as well. i.e. Police Certificates, Nikah Nama, birth certificate.

Should i pay the fee now and bear delay of 4,6 months or apply at later stage once i get immigration visa????

how is the waiting time of such kind of cases i.e like me

I believe you would need to inform CIC of a change of status that you are married. I think this question can be answered under the skilled worker category better...you might find similar cases

I would pay the fees and add them to your own application now. If you come to Canada and leave them behind, you will then have to sponsor them. Sponsoring a spouse and child from Pakistan takes a long time, on average - almost two years. And you will not be able to spend much time with them during this period, because a PR who sponsors a spouse has to stay in Canada during the processing of the application, though short visits are OK.

I remember a person who was rejected to sponsor his wife because after few months of landing he applied for her. He lied.
You are responsible for updating your file.

they will refuse your whole application and they wont let your husband come to canada during the next two years and he cany apply before that two years because of lying and we had person here sprite her husband when he applied for skilled workers visa he didnt mention that he married to that gurl and he went Canada and he stayed there n he became PR so he sponsor his wife who called sprite who was member here and they rejected her file bcz her husband lied from the begining and didnt say the truth about he is married when he applied for skilled worker visa and they didnt only rejected her as an applicant but they also they took legal situition against him honestly you need to council lawyer

Dear All I have mentioned in my case that I am married submitted every thing of spouse I.e. Nikah Nama, birth certificate and now I have already informed Lvo about my child. I have not submitted their immigration fee.
