Help required please - ontario

Hello everyone

I did my express entry profile through a visa company in June 2016.
My CRS score is 438 with no way of increasing.

As far as I know, the visa company Im doing this through is working on all three.. ITA, PNP, and the job bank. Whatever I would be able to get.

Reading through the forum, though, I have noticed that people have been writing that after a week of applying for PNP for Ontario, we are supposed to be getting a notification to apply.
Can anyone please explain this point? What next? And what if visa office has not informed me that Ontario has responded back?

Do you have a good TEF score for French? Ontario is currently issuing ITA only for French speaking stream. Everyone else have to wait till November.
