Hello Everyone ,
Myself along with my wife and son , are planning on immigrating to Canada. We have already completed the ECA, IELTS and currently waiting for the test report form so that we can start our application process.

My doubt was as my wife is the primary applicant and here 10 yrs of work experience is mostly as flight attendant just 2 years as Manager. the points given for her work experience was 11 by a consultant . So I just wanted to check whether they ll consider this work experience or do we need to show some more experience for the same

yes
What is your eligibility score? She needs one year of continuous skilled, full time experience in one NOC to be eligible. Only skilled employment counts.

Then you calculate your CRS score and want around 468.
thanks for the reply . Her score while calculating the points was around 467. The consultancy said that she ll be eligible but we wanted to double check if we need to do something from our side as well in order to increase the score and chances of getting the PR.
we both are 34 years old with one kid. 10 plus years of experience both in aviation she was a crew and I m a pilot . She has degree and I have diploma

Are you fluent in french and English. You are only counted up to 3 years of foreign experience.

we are fluent in English but not in French . but may I know why only 3 yrs is counted, in the link that you have provided its says 6 yrs or more is 15 points is

her IELTS scores are 8.5 8 6.5 7.7 Overall 7 .

There is no way at 34 years of age that your CRS score is 467. Even those with masters and PHDs can’t get that score. You don’t get points for job offer, certification or nomination. Only 3 years is counted for CRS. The link I provided is to see if you are even eligible due to your age, education and language scores.

Age - 12,
Education - 21
3 yrs -11
Language test - 23
this adds upto 67 . plus she has her blood relative in Canada

oh ok ok .. But now when I was checking the CRS score on the link that you provided its only showing CRS 376. So I don't think we are eligible then ??

You are eligible to submit a profile but with that score you will not get an invitation to immigrate to Canada.

Also thanks for your reply

Look at PNP programs. A second degree will increase points but doesn't have to be a masters. Would encourage you to do your own research versus trust a consultant. Clearly your consultant is just interested in your money and has no basis for his/her promises.
