Hi seniors,
Can any of you please clarify the below questions for me in order to complete my application?
In SCHEDULE 8 (Economic classes- Canadian Experience class) form IMM0008
Question 4. Work in Canada
I worked 11 months in 2008, and then came back in 2010 which made me qualify for 2012 PR. Should I mention the work experience in 2008 (which is a year) or just mention my current stay ( I.e from 2010 to till date as 2 years or more)
Question 7.Your Education in Canada :
I have no education in Canada should I leave it blank or mention N/A.

In Form IMM 0008DEP:
I have a baby who is born in Canada should I mention the details of her as dependents in this form as she will be Canadian Citizen.
Question 12 : What are dependants type ? A , B & C.

In Form IMM0008 :
Question 3 : I am applying PR for myself & Spouse as my baby is Canadian citizen.Should I include her in the application as well .
National Identity Document : What is a valid National Identity Document accepted ? can you give me a list for Indians?

In Form IMM5406:
How do we fill this form for my spouse who is dependent? does she need to fill as an applicant and mention my name as spouse.

Thank you so much for all your help.

Hi - I've answered what I could. For questions on how to handle your baby who is already a Canadian citizen, I suggest calling CIC. Others here might be able to help -

It is not clear what difference this makes for Question 4, since the result is the same: you check the box "2 years or more".

You can write in "N/A"

In Form IMM 0008DEP:
Question 12 : What are dependants type ? A , B & C.

Your spouse has to complete the form from her perspective, so, yes, she would mention you as her spouse.
