help regarding university category documents checklist

hello friends..

i want to know about visa application supporting documents for university category..

according to Canada vfs only loan is required, but some of my friends (currently in Canadian universities) told me that they attach property evaluation documents too..

1.) do i need CA report to attach with visa?

2.) living cash.?

3.)how can i show strong ties with home country ?

please help.. i applied to masters program where fees will be around $25000 for two years..

If you are attaching a loan letter its always awesome and reliable, i will always suggest you to go for loan letter.

Along with that, if you wish you can provide any other document such as CA report and all.. and for strong home-ties i would recommend to have a loan against property, or else you can show any document specifying property in ypur name or your parents name.. that would do..

@kakh veerji u know how many days it require to have education loan..i mean if anyone gets the confirmation at the end of october.. then..time is available to apply for loan and then for visa?? or not... what do u think?

Its totally optional..

@Harsh: You will have time to get loan, but ask the bank to issue them in real quick.. Visa will also not be a problem but u should undergo Medical up-front..

Dear Medical is essential for every individual seeking entry to canada for more than 6 months. And for our country i.e. India, medical is very needed because in our country health issues are more than Canada.

So, you have to undergo a medical examination. if you want any info regarding that, feel free to ask.

No problem...and how much tym it takes and abt how many days to get the result..?? Right now i am only worry abt offer letter from the universities..which most probably i have by the end of october... So, isnt it too late?? and what do you think how much time it takes wen i get admission in gud univ..to get the visa ...i will be filing my case from delhi...

it depends on ur bank and mode.

mode means if it is against FD it will quickly otherwise it can eat 10-15days

It will take about 3-4 hours to complete the medical test. And you can file your visa after 1 week of that medical date.

Delhi CHC works very fast, timeline for CHC DEL is 3 Weeks. So you are not late buddy, if you have offer by that time.

it will be very nice if you could tell me about loan amount and approximate funds required.. as my 2 years fee would be $25000.

25000 for 2 years..

means 25000/2=12500..

now the amount First year tuition+Travel+Living= 12500+2000+10000=$25000*0.8= $20000*56= 1200000 INR
