I'm a Third Engineer Officer trying to figure it out on how to immigrate to Canada and start a life there.
As I attended Merchant Navy Training School in my country, I would like to know how do I apply for EE pool and what i need to do in order to validate my certificates. I already have a valid STCW certificate as 3rd Engineer.
If any seaferer or anyone that has alrady have sucess immigrating in similar terms could help me, i'd be forever thankfull.
