Hi,

If any one can help us. our medicals has been done last year. the immigration department asked for additional medical information regarding my son as he was diagnosed with Hperlexia, when he was 4 yrs old and was put on medication for a short period of 2 months. He has attended the speech therapy classes now the recent school report and the doctor say's that he can go to the normal school as a regular ki, the Canadian government will not be spending anymore on his education funding. but before this our PR application has been denied saying that my son will require a huge medical expense and therefore you are also inadmissible to Canada also. and also they put on hold to his visitors visa and asked my son to leave the country as he is a citizen of USA.

Please advise can we apply again for pr. or what should I do. please help.

Unless somethings has changed / you have new evidence that will convince the CIC MD's that this is no longer the case, chances are they will not change their mind. If you are serious about staying in Canada, go see an immigration lawyer.
