I studied 1 year course at Fanshawe college (Ontario) and 1 year course in cegep (Montreal). Applying for my PGWP but during online application it gives only 1 option to select the file so how can i upload my both degree's. Do i need to merge both into PDF and upload ? if so do i include any cover letter about my studies?
