hi what should i put under question 3 as my income for 12 months do i have to calculate it as i m going to apply gfor my wife by april 10 or should i put the income for 2014 as per notice of assessment ? plz help

If you're applying April 10th, then your calculations will be based from April 2014-April 2015.
