Help regarding hours in Immigration

Can someone please help in understanding, what is considered fulltime by CIC.
just want to be sure. If I worked
50-60 hours per week in first half of the year then due to Covid I came down to 10-30 hours .
I need 1 year of work experience to be eligible for PNP.

Does CIC require me to be fulltime throughout the year or complete required number of hours (1560 hrs) per year no matter if you are part time sometime during the year?????
All the suggestions will be much appreciated.

Question is do they count 1560 hours total at the end if the year , no matter fulltime or parttime between the year.
Or it has to be atleast 30 hours per week through out the year

It has to be at least 30 hours per week throughout the year.
