as long as the wire transfer is done from the student's bank account...
means any one can sponsor you provided $10100 is put in your bank account in cash , cheque etc etc and you can transfer directly from your account to Scotiabank.

in GIC form i have given name of one college but now i'm gonna apply visa for a different college.....will it create a problem???
no bro .... GIC is just your proof of living expense!
changing college after GIC and before Visa application has no issues ....
