Help regarding crs points

I completed my BTech in india in 2017 .... Now i have completed my post graduation in canada..... So while calculating crs score ...should i go for two or more diplomas option for highest education now????? Pls put some light....

If you have the ECA for the degree from India, you can go with 2 or more degrees.

Yeah...i got Wes of my BTech before coming to canada...
I would also be getting 15 points for studing in canada????
