help RE T4 information

hi!

my partner has requested her option c from cra. however it will most likely show her earnings for the previous tax year 2011 as she hasnt filed her 2012 tac return yet.

firstly is this a problem considering she earnt significantly less in 2011?

secondly if so, we can provide cic with a copy of her recent t4 to demonstrate incomeBUT she never notified her employer of her address change. so on her recent t4 it has our old address from when we lived there between jan and november. is this a problem as we have moved now and have a different address?

No problem with the Opt C for 2011.
There is no adverse impact if previous year Opt C shows lesser amount than current year.

However, there is nothing wrong if she attach a recent T4, if available.
