Help Qorax Sir & other seniors - about visa quota !!!

I would like to know if there is any fixed yearly quota for three categories of FSW applicants i.e. Pre-Feb 2008, Post-Feb 2008 and Post 26 June 2010???

If yes, whats quota for NDVO & how do we know how much quota is left??

Its been more than 3 months & am still waiting for my passpost back or atleast a reply. Uff !!!!!!
