HELP! PR refused and renewed BOWP is expiring

Hi everyone!

I am wondering if anyone had this experience or any idea or suggestions that might help me in my situation. I was refused for a PR last Nov. 2019 due to lack of CRS points that I need in order to get PR. I am currently on my renewed BOWP that will expire in Jun. 2020. I am looking for some options that I can take in order for my to stay working in Canada.

Right now I have been working on to get more points for my express entry profile under CEC stream. I only have 419 points and haven't been invited to apply for the 2nd time. I am looking for any similar situation or experience that they can share now because time flies so fast that I won't notice that my open-work permit will expire.

What's with the discrepancy between your CRS points from the time of the ITA and the officer's calculation during processing?

They did not count my foreign work experience for a year. They only count as 10months for a school year because I was a teacher and 2 months in summer doesn't count.
