HELP... PPR - But Upload Button for Passport copies

We got PPR request, but on the EE profile, 2 Upload buttons are enabled to UPLOAD passports copies.
Which says "Replacement Needed" with required by date same day as PPR date. In our case there is no change in our passports.

Those who got PPR... what did you guys do? Should I upload Passport copies again?

Hi Shado, I am no expert, so maybe experts would contradict me, but it can't hurt to reupload them if they ask for replacements, i mean if the button appeared and they asked for replacement it is always for a reason, it would be stupid to get PR declined because of not uploading scans.

If you belong to visa exempt country, Instead of physically mailing passports you may need to upload the passports in mycic.
Below is the extract from my ppr email:

1. One copy of this letter, including the Updated Information Chart in Appendix A.
Note: Visa exempt applicants using MyCIC are not required to submit a physical copy –please upload this information to your MyCIC account.
