Help Post Graduate Work Permit applies after 90 days

Hi, I have a situation.. so I applied like 14 days after 90 days of graduation for my Post Graduate Work Permit. And I applied on the last day of my study permit being valid, which was the 30th of nov. also I don’t have a visa because my country’s immigration misplaced my passport and when they gave me a new one, they never replaced my visa. So I was wondering, has anyone been in a situation where they applied after the 90 day mark and where approved or somehow did something to stay in the country

If you still had a valid study visa when applying for PGWP, you are on implied status. I don't understand what you mean by you have not got a visa though?

Not sure anything can be done if you are past 90 days from graduation.
Consider getting some professional advice or if you went to a good Uni go to their advisors, I think technically you have not made a valid application & might be out of status.
