A Chinese fellow came into our office asking about the FSW expedited 38,Situation His sister a licensed nurse in China got a job offer from a Health Care Facility in BC,She is a licensed Nurse in China but not yet in Canada So Her Job offer is to work as a Residential Care Aide with Guranteed hiring as a nurse once passes the exam,Question is Can We count the job offer to work as an RCA for the points of a guranteed job offer or not??Thanks in advance

Probably not , but if she is on the "list" 3152 Registered nurse, she should be applying through FSW 1 via Sydney with a processing time of 6-12 months. In reality the job offer is for RCA, as it is quite possible that she may never pass CRNE and couldn't work as a RN.
