Help Plzzzzzzzz.........LVO confused me after replying on newborn baby addition.

Hi all,

I was blessed with a newborn baby before 10 days and i sent an enquiry to london visa office this is what they replied:

( Documents for your new child: the $150 processing fee, photos and a copy of their passport and long-form birth certificate.)

which is extreamly short and not clear at all.........i read b4 in the forum that applicants with new baby should update the IM0008 generic form , IM008 additional family info and IM5406 for me and my spouse......so why they didnt mention that in their email............what if i send those documents without their knowledge..........!!!

what is meant by long form birth certificate.........there is only one form i got from abu dhabi health authority......which is standard........its in english already.......!!

i got the passport of my new baby but the problem is ,it doesnt have the UAE visa on it .....this will take some time to do...so can i send the passport copy without the UAE visa page......

Hi Bro, congrats on new born baby..!!!

I don't know about the form u need to send but I'm sure about fees that is $150 CAD and Don't worry about Birth Certificate and Passport issue. Send them the copy (notarial) of BC, first and last page of PP. Which country your from? I guess UAE... Your baby must have a PP from either Ur or spouse nationality....and u don't need visa for home country on your PP..!!

first i am not from UAE i live and work in UAE .....so me and my family need a resident visa to work in uae but i didnt start the process of getting a new resident visa for my new child as it takes long time....so to avaid further delay i thought the first page of the new child is enough......what do u think??

There is nothing to worry about. Just RELAX. You must send baby`s birth certificate (notarized),passport copy & pics & the additional forms to add the baby in. Later VO sends you baby`s medical forms. ITS THAT SIMPLE.
