Hello friends.....plz help me !!!!!!!!!

I have applied under NOC 2121.

Today I got letter from NDVO,they requested me to resend Proof of funds and proof of residence of my blood relative.
I had already submitted above documents......as proof of funds I had sent hand written bank statement as that bank was not computerized.
Now they have asked me to send proof of funds with 6 months old statements.But my account is just 5 months old.Plz tell me what shud I do???? can I send another proof of fund from any other bank or shud I update the previous funds only???

is the new bank certification and updated saving passbook is sufficient????
there is a line in letter "Please provide updated proof of funds as well as detailed explanation and supporting documentation as to source of funds" Please elaborate the above statement .

Which bank is this??? Not computerized!!!!

Did not you have any other account before that account. Please collect this one showing the starting date 6 months back. And other previous bank statements, if any. Try to send computerized one. As it is hand written, they are asking to send again, I doubt.

Also send document for proof of relationship and proof of PR/citizenship of your relative.

Thanx for your response.......bank is Cooperative bank and it has no computer system at all,how can I provide computerized certificate??

Thanx a ton sir........I had already sent all proofs of my relationship,nw they are asking for proof of residence .I had sent bank statements of my sister in sept.nw i have to ask for recent bank statements of her??

I think you need better proof than a bank statement. A bank statement doesn't prove someone is living in Canada. I would include supporting documentation such as:
- income tax assessment
- lease/rental agreement
- bills (hydro, phone, internet, etc.)
- proof of employment

photo copy(fax) of phone bills,bank statement of relative is sufficient???? coz it wud be too late they(my blood relatives) send original ones by mail.

Hello Kaur,

Now, I think I know why they requested you for an updated proof of funds. Your bank account was very new when you sent your application since you said that you will be able to provide only 5 months statement and not 6 months. There is every reason for the NDVO to believe that the funds in your account are not yours. In this situation, new bank statement and updated passbook alone are NOT SUFFICIENT.

Now their question comes to " Tell me where you got the money from?" and you need to prove that the money is yours and that you did not borrow it from anyone. Money that is borrowed will not be accepted and your application will be rejected.

I am sorry but I have to say that you already made a mistake by opening a fresh bank account just before you applied.

Let us say, you transferred that amount from another bank account of yours, you need to show them those transaction details. Or, if you sold a property, then you should show them the details of the sale of that property.

Did you use a consultant for your application? If not, just go and talk to a consultant and see what he has to say. He may be able to help you as to how to overcome this situation.

You need at least 20 posts then you can send PM.

Write in a cover letter about the bank statement issue. Collect the statement and a certificate from bank in their letter head with properly sign and seal. Hope it will work.

Get sure the visa office can contact with the bank if they want.

send whatever you have and explain problems in a cover letter.
they might accept or reject you.
stay prepare for both.

Thanx all for ur valuable suggestions....I have sent the requested documents which are received by NDVO yesterday.
Now my question is,if everything goes ok....when can I expect MR?
