If I am on study leave with full pay for higher study and research from my job place then can I count and include my study & research leave period as full time job.
I mentioned that I get the full pay from my working organization.

If your study leave for research & higher studies is a part of your job description, and if your salary was paid for that period, I ma sure you could include that.
I am not a senior here and above is my opinion. let's wait for seniors suggestions

If you can get a letter from your employer that they have allowed you for research with full time salary, then may be yes - you can count that.
