I would like to have an adivce regarding my permanent residency in Canada.
I landed on Calgary-Canada in Nov./2009 then I moved to KSA after 2 weeks where I am currently working there in a University, I stayed there for less than three years and came back to Calgary last week. My work there (in KSA) is really good and I don’t prefer to give it up at the moment. I would like to know if I can go there for another year without losing my permanent residency in Canada or being able to inter Canada to be with my family without difficulties. My family is going to stay here (a wife and two daughters one of them is Canadian citizen as she was born here in 2006). Is there any possibility if I go this year and want to come back next year I will be questioned by officer in entry port about my physical present in Canada????

Yes - there's certainly a possibility that you will be questioned. There is also a possibility that the officer could report you for failing to meet residency obligations. And if this happens, you'll have to appear in front of a judge to argue why you should be allowed to retain your PR status.

The only way you can guarantee that you won't lose your PR status is by living in Canada two out of every five years.

my PR card will be expair at Nov. 2014, till now I stay in canada for 60 days, am going to travell again sep. 2012 and back jun.2013, is there any chance i will be asked by entry port officer about my physical present??? thanks
