Hello seniors,

I applied in April 2010.I have sent my documents to visa office (in120 days period).I checked the status of my file,it was received on 2nd september.Now what is the next step?How can i check my case status? With the help of this forum i applied myself without any consultant. So I need more help.

The next step is to wait until your e-case change to " in process ", and this means that you immigration process actual begin, this step will take from month to 6 months (depending on ur visa Office) and the next step is waiting the arrival of the medical examination .

note:-

Identification Type: immigration file number
Surname/Family Name: only ur last name
like ------ mohamed ali senan
write only senan
make sure that u right ur Date of Birth correctly

Hi,This is Hedieh .I have applied for Canada permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker class before June 2010 and I have received my Ref No last month.They asked me to prepare some documents and send it to CIO, so I would appreciated if you let me know :


1- Should I submit police-certification and clearance before 120 Days with my documents?

yeas u have to if u applied before June 2010 - u need to send the original one with it`s English translation


But I suggest you to download the Guide of ur Visa Office to make sure of other document
