I am on process of sending my application for PR under nominee program, everything is ready, just to be sent, but then Im only concern because I only found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant and even more confirmed when I did another tests today. Can someone advice me if Do I need to inform CIC? I asked my friend and she said I dont have to, Ill just inform the doctor that I am pregnant when I receive my medical request and my other friend is telling me now that there's an option to tick in the forms that I am pregnant. (didnt see anything like that when I was filling up the forms) Please advice urgent. Thanks
