help pls re: T4 and T4e

Hi aside from option c do we also have to submit the t4 and t4e or any other docu that we need to attach to our application that comes from taxation? I thought all along that we only need the t4 haaaaaist

Just Option C. But if you have an Option C from 2011 not 2012 then you might need to supply more current information, like recent T4's and payslips.
