I am recreating my profile, encounter a problem when try to recreate my job bank account. After entering my express entry profile number and job seeker code, it shows "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team", tries this whole morning, still doesn't work, what should I do? Anyone, help pls

have you tried a different browser, and/or clearing your cookies?

I tried on google chrome and IE, just not working. :(

Maybe there really is a backend technical issue the site is facing. After all, people have reported not getting Job Bank emails for a while now, and their ECAS statuses mysteriously disappearing. It seems like there is some backend issue, as opposed to it being something specific to your profile.
I would recommend the following steps:

a) Try again in an hour or two
b) When you do, try logging in instead of creating a new account- it is entirely possible your request went through and your account was made, but the server request timed out before you could be delivered to the next page
c) If you can't log in, because no such account exists, make a new account
d) If none of this works out, because of the same technical difficulties, email Job Bank technical support, because the trouble really is on their end, and you need your profile active and linked for your EE profile to enter the pool.

Anyone encounter the same issue? I still couldn't verify this morning. It has been a whole day, couldn't get into pool now :'(
