Help Pls.... I got refused (Canada Study Visa)

I applied for a Study Visa in Canada but I was decline with two reasons which confuse me a lot I need help if you have have same kind of experience


Reasons Why I was Decline.

1) Family ties in Canada and In Country of Residence
2) Purpose of Visit

Why I am confuse me.

1) Do I have to have a family ties in Canada before I can be approve since I am going on Studies, I can stay in hostel or rent an apartment
2) I submit the School admission and also the receipt to the none refundable payment I paid.. (Haven't pay School fees)

Please can anyone tell me why they refuse .. Can I still re-apply. what are the things I have to do to. Please help me out before I run Out of time..

You'll have to provide a lot more information about yourself in order for us to answer your questions.

However these refusal reasons generally mean that you didn't demonstrate strong enough ties to your home country and CIC also doesn't believe you are a genuine student (based on the course you decided to take in Canada, your past marks, your IELTS results, etc.).

What previous studies have you completed and what were your marks?
What are your IELTS scores?
Do you any work history? If so, how long and doing what?
How did you demonstrate ties to your home country?
Do you have any family in Canada?
Have you previous traveled outside of your country - specifically to countries where you require a visa?
How much did you show in available funds to pay for your studies and how?

What school and program did you apply for in Canada? .. Okanagan College, (Human Resource Management 4yrs)

What previous studies have you completed and what were your marks?.... I was in a private university in Ghana but I left because the School is not accredited (which I disclose it to them).. My SSCE result ( Eng C, Math C, Government C, Litrature in English C, Economics C, Yoruba Language E, Biology C, Commerce C, Christian Religious Studies B

What are your IELTS scores? I didn't Obtain that, is it composary?

Do you any work history? If so, how long and doing what? Yes, I work in a Marketing research Company in the Data processing department for a year but I didn't indicate in my document..

How did you demonstrate ties to your home country?. MY family Info (Name, occupation and DOB) was given. but I only emphasis more on my Dad information cause he is the one Sponsoring me.

Do you have any family in Canada? I don't have a close family there, But a friends of mine have an Uncle in Toronto.

Have you previous traveled outside of your country - specifically to countries where you require a visa? Ghana and I have it Visa stamp on my Passport

How much did you show in available funds to pay for your studies and how? Yes, I did.. My dad printed Out his Statement of account and it covers all my accomodation and studies fee.
