1. Pretty stupid recruitment specialist.
2. Your application will be refused and returned, so you if you don't require a medical, then you can head down to the Border and "flagpole" and apply for your work permit at re-admission to Canada.

I'm planning to go home to the Philippines (home country) when i get the refused application. Do you suggest I apply for the work permit there or I should apply from the US where i have a tourist visa as well? Please suggest. thanks

Well if you are Filipino you will need a TRV to enter Canada, and a medical exam as well, so you will have to apply to Manila. If you are applying as a live in Care giver, you are looking at 12-18 months for the processing.

Thanks for your reply, its a fastfood work. How long will the processing in Manila be? also What should I do to my applcation sent in Vegreville? I may still wait for it before i book a flight back home. Thanks

Don't think fast food work will qualify you for an LMO.

I hope you didn't pay that recruitment specialist too much money.

I already have an approved LMO . Its mcdonalds. and I didnt pay the recruitment specialist anything.
