I’m a US citizen and my husband is from Peru we have to daughters together he was leaving in us for over 10 years and when for his visa interview however the denied his visa because of the overstay and also for missrepresentation we are desperate to move somewhere we can be together as a family again we want to know if Canada will give us that chance ... he has no criminal record

If either you or he are eligible as economic migrants, you could apply for permanent residence. There are no realistic alternatives.

Yes, IF you are eligible. It's not an H&C application path. You have to qualify.

You've been given good advice above. You will need to research Canada's immigration programs to understand what it takes to qualify and apply - and see if you meet these requirements. You can certainly apply together as a family.

Note that the Express Entry immigration program is a points-based system and those with the most points are selected. Right now you need 440+ points to be picked out of the pool.
