1. Up to how many backlogs are accepted under SPP. And how many under general category?
2. How much time in advance can I file for a study permit if I want to go for September 2016 intake.

Yes, I would like to know the answer to question 2 as well. I am currently putting together my documents for application to my chosen school but I am a little concern about the time line.
A friend of mine applied a couple years ago and didnt get back her documents in time for the start of the school. I dont want that to happen to me too.
