- Client intake - entering client information and setting up schedules
- Coordinating and maintaining client and employee schedules
- Getting feedback from clients through phone calls and home visits
- General administrative duties such as answering phone calls and data entry
- Customer Service handling complaints and issues and providing resolutions
- Being part of the afterhours on-call rotation (once every four weeks)
