please some help

thanx and good luck to everybuddy

It appears to me that they are still waiting to hear from 'other government offices' regarding you. And they are unable to give you a date when your application will be completed (as I'm sure they can't give any person).

Hi
You don't have to worry with that letter from the Visa Office. It's part of processing the background check on you like Police Clearance. Yes! there right that can't give you the exact date when it will be finished.

Just be patience. Actually, it's good that they reply your queries, in some visa office they won't and it took years to wait for their visa.

Goodluck!

you know you answer helped me a lot ! i m really feeeeeeeeling much bad ! i dont know ahen i saw that email was like ooooooooooooooooh what s happenin ! anyways buffalo processing time is 80% of case in 10 month

i have to wait anyways .

i emailed them again askin them if i can redo my mediacl exam cos it expire the last of this month and sont waste time ehen they ask me for it ( in case they do )

what you think guys

thanx again thanx a lot for alll your support

Sorry your exam expired/s - it did or is about to.

I'm not sure what they will say to you, but they will eventually ask you for a new exam as it seems unlikely that if it expires at the end of this month that they'd approve you, get the visa stamped on the passport AND that you would be able to land in the next 2 weeks.

Perhaps someone else can answer as to if you should wait till they request it or if it is better (I think it'd be) to just go ahead and do it to save time of them asking/getting an appointment...then getting it to them, ect.

thanx for your quick answer can _usa_97

you gave a better idea .

i just want to let you know that i m already in canada with my wife ( actually in quebec ) and i just waitin the finish of the process of my application ( so i think i dont need that much of time to land , i just meed to go to the border or make an appointement to visa local office and finish everything with them .. )

i wish i can hear somthing from them soon .

feel free to let me know what you think as you did already

thanx again

Ah, well being there will indeed make landing much faster then, lol.

I think I read you have the option perhaps too to take your passport to get the visa affixed also, where if you are Quebec perhaps Buffalo isn't such a long shot to get it done that way.

yes your right my friend .

so it s just a part of processing the background check on me that s about it

hope just the good will happens to me and you and everybuddy

thanx again

Thank you, you as well, hope that you get good news very soon and perhaps someone else will come along who has experienced an expired medical.
Good luck!

heloo my friends hope ur days goin good

well i emailed bffalo yesterday about if i have to do my medical exam and dont waste time

they just answer me that they forward my demande of that to the team concerning the process of my application to se hat i have to do

just want to let you kno what happenig

thank you

Wonderful, hopefully they tell you to skip it - that they are almost done :)

You will have to get your medical done again as that is what they base your visa expiry on.The date your medical expires is the date the visa expires.
So they will send you a form to take to the doctors to get it redone.Just wait till they send you that form.I heard the medical redo requires a different form than the first,
