Help please.... showing Bank loan to get study permit.

Hi guys,

I am planning to apply sep intake. im gathering details from this forum as much as possible. my doubt is

1, If i pay my one year tuition fees and bought my GIC as well, still do i need to show bank loan?

2, if yes please tell me how much shld i need to show? BTW iam applying under SPP.
