HELP please!!! Reference Letter requirements for FSWP

I am concerned if there are some specific requirements for reference letters for FSWP program.

Could you please provide me/us with the web link on cic website for getting the requirements or could you provide us with the requirements for example what to include in my letter of reference if I am a computer specialist/engineer and my field is so broad hat I cannot write everything in my letter of reference

You dont have to write everything you have been doing. Look for your NOC here http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/lmi/noc/index.shtml, see the job duties required for that NOC .
Note : Never write the job duties in the same words/format as stated in HRSDC website. It should convey the same meaning but in differnt words and format.
